Position: Office Administrator Industry: Real Estate
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing real estate team. As an essential part of our office operations, you will support our agents and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient administrative processes, and a positive office environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries.
Coordinate property listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates in internal systems and on online platforms.
Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records for clients, transactions, and other business activities.
Assist with the preparation of documents, contracts, and other paperwork required for property transactions.
Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that the office is always well-stocked and functional.
Assist with marketing and promotional materials, including preparing property brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for agents, managers, and clients.
Process invoices, manage office expenses, and assist with budgeting and accounting tasks as needed.
Provide general support to sales agents and management to ensure efficient workflow and meet business goals.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role, preferably in a real estate or fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Previous experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus, but not required.
A proactive, friendly, and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
